amending Decree No. 306 / 2012 Coll., on conditions for the prevention and spread of infectious diseases and on sanitary requirements for the operation of medical and selected social services facilities, as amended
According to Article 108 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 274 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 392 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 151 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 223 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 267 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 202 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 205 / 2020 Coll., Act No. 544 / 2020 Coll., and Act No. 167 / 2023 Coll., ("Act ') for the implementation of Section 17 paragraph 1 of the Act:
In Article 7 (3) (d) of Decree No. 306 / 2012 Coll., on the conditions for preventing and spreading infectious diseases and on the health requirements for the operation of health care facilities and selected social services facilities, as amended by Decree No. 334 / 2023 Coll., the words "syphilis or suspected of being diagnosed 'are replaced by the words" STDs or suspected of being affected'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2024.
