DECLARATION

amending Decree No 132 / 2015 Coll., on the tariff of reimbursement of the costs of analyses carried out by the laboratories of the State Agricultural and Food Inspection for inspection purposes, as amended by Decree No 396 / 2016 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Section 14 of Act No. 146 / 2002 Coll., on State Agricultural and Food Inspection and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 138 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 180 / 2016 Coll.:
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 132 / 2015 Coll., on the rate of reimbursement of the costs of analyses carried out by laboratories of the State Agricultural and Food Inspection for inspection purposes, as amended by Decree No. 396 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:

Transitional provision
Amount of reimbursement of laboratory analysis costs State agricultural and food inspections from samples taken before the date of entry into force of this Order shall be determined in accordance with Decree No. 132 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 June 2019.
