amending Decree No. 101 / 1995 Coll., published by the Order on the Health of Persons in the Operation of Railways and Rail Transport, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 66 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 23 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 103 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 181 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 191 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 194 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 134 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 64 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 319 / 2016 Coll., for implementation of § 45 paragraph 3, § 46d paragraph 2 and § 46f paragraph 3:
Decree No. 101 / 1995 Coll., published by the Order on the Health and Proficiency of Persons in the Operation of Railways and Rail Transport, as amended by Decree No. 455 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 305 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 16 / 2012 Coll. and Decree No. 33 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1) (b), the word "local" shall be inserted after the word "cableway."
2. in Article 4 (1) (a) (1), the word "local" shall be inserted after the word "cableway."
3. In Paragraph 8 (4), "3 months' is replaced by" 1 year ';
Transitional provision
The judgments on the transport psychological examination issued before the entry into force of this decree are governed by the rules effective at the time of the opinion.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
