The Constitutional Court decided on 6 March 2007 in plenary in the composition of Stanislav Balík, František Duchoň, Vlasta Formánková, Vojen Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Janů, Vladimir Křirka, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodém, Pavel Rychetský, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of Interior to abolish Article 1 (2), (4) and (6), Article 3, Article 4 (4), Article 5, Article 6, Article 7 (1) (a) (c) (d), (e) and (f), Article 8 and Article 9 of the General Order of the City of Usti nad Labem No 81 / 2001 for the maintenance of the streets and other public prerogatives, to protect the environment, to protect, to protect the environment,
as follows:
The general binding decree of Ústí nad Labem No. 81 / 2001 to ensure the maintenance of the cleanliness of the streets and other public areas, to protect the environment, public greenery and to use the facilities of the municipality serving the needs of the public is deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
