amending Act No. 245 / 2000 Coll., on public holidays, on other public holidays, on significant days and on working days, as amended by Act No. 101 / 2004 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 245 / 2000 Coll., on public holidays, on other holidays, on significant days and on working days, as amended by Act No. 101 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 4 (1), the words "April 7 - Education Day," shall be inserted after the words "March 12 - The Day of Access of the Czech Republic to the North Atlantic Treaty (NATO)."
2. In Article 4 (1), the words "15 May - Family Day, 10 June - Extermination of Lidice," shall be inserted after the words "5 May - May uprising of the Czech people."
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
