COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that on 16 May 1994 the Programme Agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic, represented by the Ministry of Finance, and the Municipal Finance Company, a.s., on the one hand, and the Government of the United States of America, represented by the Agency for International Development, on the other hand, to finance the municipal infrastructure.
The Agreement entered into force on 16 May 1994 on the basis of Article VII thereof.
The text of the Agreement can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance.
