supplementing Federal Ministry of Interior Decree No. 146 / 1982 Coll., implementing the Act on the reporting and registration of citizens
According to § 21 (1) of Act No. 135 / 1982 Coll., the Ministry of Interior provides for the reporting and registration of citizens' residence:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Interior No. 146 / 1982 Coll., implementing the Act on the reporting and registration of citizens' residence, is added as follows:
Article 16 (3) is added as follows:
"(3) Where it is not possible to record on the identity card details of the place of residence, beginning or termination of the stay, the reporting authority shall issue a certificate of the place of residence and the place of origin and, where applicable, the termination of the stay, which shall include the name, surname and birth number of the citizen, his identity card number and the printed stamp. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 1993.
