THE LAW
of 20 December 1970
amending Act No. 176 / 1968 Coll., on the Office of the President of the Republic
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 176 / 1968 Coll., on the Office of the President of the Republic, is amended as follows:
Article 1 (2) (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The Head of the Office of the President of the Republic is the Head of the Office of the President of the Republic, appointed and recalled by the President of the Republic."
2. In Article 2 (2) and (3), the words "State Secretary of the President of the Republic 'are replaced by the words" Head of the Office of the President of the Republic'.
Article 3 (4) (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The internal organisation of the Office of the President of the Republic and its special-purpose equipment, as well as of the staff covered by paragraph 1, shall, with the agreement of the President of the Republic, be determined by the Head of the Office of the President of the Republic in the Rules of Procedure of the Office of the President of the Republic. ';
4. In Section 6, the words "Secretary of State of the President of the Republic 'are replaced by the words" Head of the President's Office'.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
