THE LAW
of 13 September 1968
on the adjustment of limitation periods for property and exceptional benefits
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
The period of 20 years referred to in Article I (1) of the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No 88 / 1958 Coll., on the limitation periods for property and emergency benefits shall be extended by 20 years.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
