amending Decree No 160 / 1952 Ú. l., laying down more detailed regulations on the regulation of road transport
The Ministry of Transport and Communications provides in the agreement with the participating ministries pursuant to § 10 (2) of Act No. 57 / 1950 Coll., on the modification of the road transport business:
Paragraph 17 (2) of Decree No 160 / 1952 Ú. l, which lays down more detailed rules on the regulation of road transport business, reads as follows:
"(2) The transport of goods carried out by foreign undertakings to and from Czechoslovakia and transit through its territory shall be subject to authorisation. '
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 1963.
