Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 128 / 2024 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for the years 2023 - 2024 of 18 January 2023, which was concluded between the Senior Trade Union Body - Union of Glass, Ceramics and Porcelain and Employers' Organisation - Association of the Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic, as amended by Appendix 1 of 18 January 2024, is binding on other employers with a major activity in the sector identified by the classification code of economic activities CZ- NACE 23.1, 23.41 and 23.42 from the first day following the publication of this Communication.
