Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 128 / 2015 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to § 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree for the Years 2015 - 2016, concluded on 28 January 2015 between the Senior Trade Union and the Department of Glass, Ceramic and Porcelain and Employers' Association of the Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication on 28 January 2015, also on other employers with the predominant activity in the sector identified by the codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE with the headings 231, 2341 and 2342.
