GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 June 2014
repealing Government Regulation No 317 / 2012 Coll., laying down a form of proof of origin for certain types of alcohol, distillate and certain types of spirit drinks
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Article 67 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic:
Decree No. 317 / 2012 Coll., laying down the form of proof of origin for certain types of alcohol, distillate and certain types of spirit drinks, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 September 2014.
