on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (e) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment to Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No. 3 / 2008 of 17 March 2008 amending the Energy Regulatory Authority's Price Decision No. 11 / 2007, on Gas Prices, as amended by subsequent Price Decisions.
In accordance with Article 17 (10) (b) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published a price decision in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 27 March 2008 in the amount of 3. The price decision took effect on 1 April 2008.
