imposing amendments to collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following amendments to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.3.2006 and 31.3.2006:
1. Appendix 5 (of 15.2.2006) to a collective agreement of higher degree concluded between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
2. Appendix 1 (of 23.2.2006) to a collective agreement of higher degree concluded between
UNIOS union,
TRANSGAS
and
Czech Gas Union.
3. Appendix 1 (of 8.2.2006) to a collective agreement of higher degree concluded between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic.
