Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

Amendment to Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on Income Taxes

Čl. III

In Article 4 (1) (m) of Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on Income Tax, as amended by Act No. 323 / 1993 Coll., including footnote 3a):

"(m) performance provided by the armed forces to soldiers in primary (replacement) service, (3a) pupils of non-active schools, (3) soldiers in reserve called for exercise and active reserve soldiers voluntary under special legislation, (3a)

3a) Act No. 220 / 1999 Coll., on the course of essential or substitute service and military exercises and on certain legal ratios of soldiers in reserve, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2002 Coll. '
