On 5 May 1998, the Constitutional Court decided, in plenary, on a proposal from the Regional Office in Uherské Hradiště to repeal the generally binding Order of the Municipality of Šumice of 2 April 1997 No 1 / 97 concerning restrictive measures to safeguard local public order matters
as follows:
The generally binding Order of the Municipality of Šumice of 2 April 1997 No 1 / 97 concerning restrictive measures to safeguard local public order matters shall be repealed on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
