on the issue of commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 200th anniversary of the birth of Jean-Baptiste Gaspard Deburau
The Czech National Bank provides according to § 22 (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
§ 1
(1) The 200th anniversary of the birth and 150th anniversary of the death of the French mime of Czech origin, Jean-Baptiste Gaspard Deburau, are issued with commemorative silver two hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as "two hundred crowns").
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Two hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of two hundred crowns is 13 g, its diameter is 31 mm and its strength is 2,5 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth. In the case of two-hundredth stamping in normal and special design, the permitted tolerance shall be up and down on average 0,1 mm and at a thickness of 0,15 mm. The permitted tolerance is up to 0,26 g in weight and 1% in silver.
§ 2
(1) There is a stylized large national character of the Czech Republic situated on the upper edge of the two-hundred crown. The name of the State "CZECH REPUBLIC" is in an unclosed copy at the margins of two hundred crowns under the national emblem. Under the national emblem in the middle is the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK" and under it the year of the two-hundred koruna "1996." The mint brand that hit the two hundred crown is located at the bottom of the two hundred crown, to the right of the state sign.
(2) On the back of a two-hundredth crown is a figure sitting mime with a rose in his right hand, playing with a butterfly. At the edge of the two-hundredth crown is in a copy, interrupted by the picture, the text "JEAN-BAPTITE GASPARD DEBURAU 1796 1846." The author of the two-hundred crown design is academic sculptor Jiří Harcuba. The initials "H" are placed at the left edge of the two hundred crown under the hand holding the rose.
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on 12 June 1996.
