GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 December 1967
repealing further legislation on improving the system of planned management of the national economy
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic pursuant to § 2 of the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 36 / 1966 Coll., which abolishes certain legislation, provides:
_
1. the Ministry of Industry Directive No 294 / 1945 Ú. l., on the allocation of shopping lists on coniferous - leafy sawn wood, plywood, carpentry boards, coniferous - leafy tribal wood, coniferous wood and coniferous sleepers in shape III and weaker;
2nd Decree No 371 / 1945 of the Ú. l., on the release of purchase, working and processing of willows of basketware and reeds;
3. Decree No 335 / 1947 U. l., on the prices of timber transferred from Slovakia;
4. Decree No 1123 / 1947 of the Ú. l., on the Rules of the Market Association for Forestry and Wood Management;
5th Decree No 369 / 1948 of the Ú. l., on the remuneration of commercial cutting and splitting of fuel wood;
6. Decree No. 848 / 1949 Ú. l. (No. 776 / 1949 Ú. v.), which amends interest-free loans granted by the Ministry of Agriculture to municipalities for the design and preparation of water and sewage works, in contributions;
7. order No 1005 / 1949 Ú. l. (No 910 / 1949 Ú. v.), on compulsory arrest of sows, on the purchase and disposal of piglets for further breeding and on the reporting and registration of sows and piglets, as amended by Decree No 1093 / 1949 Ú. l. (No 1006 / 1949 Ú. v.);
8. Decree No 23 / 1950 of the Ú. l., on the treatment of sales of certain forestry and timber products;
9. Government Decree No. 68 / 1950 Coll., which establishes the Staff Regulations for Administrative Staff;
10. Decree No 470 / 1950 of the Ú. l (No. 450 / 1950 Ú. v.) on Directives on the common use of staff by local national committees;
11. Decree No. 660 / 1950 Ú. l. (No. 640 / 1950 Ú. v.), which lays down regulations on the production of raw timber in the forest;
12. Decree No. 84 / 1951 Ú. l. (No. 111 / 1951 Ú. v.) on normalisation of the amount of fuel needed to heat the official rooms of the local national committees of Category I and Category II using stoves (heating regulator A);

This Government Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1968.
