DECLARATION
of 7 May 2019
on the issue of the gold coin "Castle Veverí" for 5,000 CZK
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 89 / 2018 Coll.:
(1) On 28 May 2019, the Gold Coin "Castle Veverí" is issued for 5 000 CZK (hereinafter referred to as "Coins") as part of the "Castle" cycle.
(2) Coins are issued in the ordinary version and in a special version with a polished field of the coin and a matt relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Coins are rolled of gold of purity 999.9. The weight of the coin is 15,55 g, 28 mm diameter and 2 mm thickness. When the coin is embossed, the tolerance in gold purity is up to 0,01%, the difference in weight up to 0,062 g, the tolerance in diameter 0,1 mm and the tolerance in thickness 0,15 mm. The coin edge in the normal version is serrated, the coin edge in the special version is smooth.
(1) On the front side of the coin, the castle courtyard is represented by a view through the door portal. The right part of the portal includes stylized heraldic animals from a large state sign, namely Czech lion, Moravian eagle and Silesian eagle. At the right edge of the coin is the name of the "PLAYS" cycle. Above the portal is placed a stone plate in the middle with embossed character Zikmund from Tiefenbach and on the sides with coats of arms Bohunky from Žerotín and Kateřina Meziřicská from Lomnice. In the left part of the coin field there is the text "CZECH REPUBLIC" next to which the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "5 000 CZK." The brand of the Czech Mint, which consists of the composition of the letters "No" and "M", is placed at the bottom of the coin field.
(2) On the reverse side of the coin is shown the castle core from the ceiling. At the top edge of the coin, the text "PLAY WEATHER." The year of the "2019" stamping is placed under a bridge arch. The author's brand of Asamata Baltaeva, DiS., is located behind the text "HRAD VEVE."
(3) The coin is shown in the annex to this decree.
This Decision shall enter into force on 28 May 2019.
