THE LAW
of 6 April 2016
amending Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Memorial Care, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 6 (1) of Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Monument Care, as amended by Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., the words "measures of a general nature 'are inserted after the word" declare'.
Transitional provision
Changes to the monument zones, which have been provided for by legislation under the existing legislation, shall be carried out in accordance with Article 6 of Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Act.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
