GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No 503 / 2000 Coll., on the Commercial Journal, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 770 of Act No. 513 / 1991 Coll., Commercial Code, as amended by Act No. 370 / 2000 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 503 / 2000 Coll., on the Commercial Journal, as amended by Government Decree No. 408 / 2003 Coll. and Government Decree No. 511 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the word "informatics' is replaced by" interior '.
2. Paragraph 7a (1) is deleted and paragraph 2 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
