GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 February 2004
amending Government Regulation No 27 / 2003 Coll., laying down technical requirements for lifts
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement Sections 11 (2), 11a (2) (c), 12 (1) and (3) and 13 (2) of the Act:
Government Regulation No. 27 / 2003 Coll., laying down technical requirements for lifts, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, point 1.1, the last sentence is replaced by the following: "Lifts shall also be subject to the essential requirements laid down in the specific legislation laying down the technical requirements for construction products referred to in the CE, (4a) unless provided for in this Regulation by governments. With regard to aspects relating to the installation of lifts, where the requirements laid down in this Regulation are met, the requirements laid down in a separate legislation laying down technical requirements for construction products referred to in CE.4a) shall be deemed to be fulfilled. ';
footnote 4a is replaced by the following:
"(4a) Government Decree No. 190 / 2002 Coll., laying down technical requirements for construction products named CE, as amended by Government Decree No. 251 / 2003 Coll. and Government Decree No. 128 / 2004 Coll. '
2. In Annex 8, point 3.2, "7 'is replaced by" 8'.
3. In Annex 9, point 3.2, "7 'is replaced by" 8'.
4. In Annex 11, point 4, "7 'is replaced by" 8'.
5. In Annex No 12, point 3.2, "7 'is replaced by" 8'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union.
