amending Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 223 / 1988 Coll., implementing the Labour Code, as amended, and repealing certain labour legislation
The government orders the implementation of the Labour Code:
Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 223 / 1988 Coll., implementing the Labour Code, as amended by Decree of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic No. 13 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 231 / 1992 Coll. and Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 615 / 1992 Coll., is amended as follows:
Paragraphs 8 and 9, including the title, are deleted.
Decree No. 45 / 1985 of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Coll., setting out the details of the record of the creation and termination of employment in civil certificates, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1993.
