amending and supplementing Act No. 384 / 1990 Coll., on the definition of the competence of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic in matters of internal order and security
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 384 / 1990 Coll., on the definition of the competence of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic in matters of internal order and security, is amended as follows:
In Article 1, the following point (k) is inserted after point (j):
"(k) to ensure the protection of rail transport;"
The current provisions of point (k) shall be renumbered as point (l).
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
