supplementing Decree No 57 / 1967 Coll., implementing the Government Regulation on Poison and other harmful health substances, as amended by Decree No 146 / 1980 Coll.
The Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic, pursuant to § 1 (3) and § 14 of the Government Decree No. 56 / 1967 Coll., on poisons and other substances harmful to health, and § 195 of the Criminal Act:
Decree No 57 / 1967 Coll., implementing the Government Regulation on Poison and other harmful health substances, as amended by Decree No 146 / 1980 Coll., is added as follows:
The list of narcotic substances set out in Annex 3 is added as follows:
Group I
Alfentanil N- (1- (2- (4-ethyl-4,5-dihydro-5-oxo-1H-tetrazol-1-yl)) -4- (methoxymethyl) -4-piperidinyl) -N-phenylpropanamide monohydrochloride
Methamphetamine (+) -2-methylamino-1-phenylpropane.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1985.
