CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 20 December 1970
on the election of Members of the Regional National Committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this constitutional law:
§ 1
The Slovak National Council will elect representatives of the Regional National Committees to be set up in the Slovak Socialist Republic for the period up to the general election of the National Committees.
§ 2
The relevant provisions of Constitutional Law No. 117 / 1969 Coll., extending the term of the national committees, the National Councils and the Federal Assembly, the Supreme Court, the Regional, District and Military Courts apply to the parliamentary term of the Regional National Committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic, the addition of the number of Members of the National Committees and the removal of a Member of Parliament.
§ 3
The conditions and arrangements for the election of Members of the Regional National Committees under this constitutional law shall be laid down by the Slovak National Council.
§ 4
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication.
