Decret of the President of the Republic
of 27 October 1945
on the establishment of the "Academy of Musical Arts in Prague."
On the proposal of the Government and in agreement with the Slovak National Council, I establish:
At the beginning of the 1945 / 46 study year, a college "Academy of Musical Arts in Prague" is established.
This college has 4 unions, music, drama, dance and film.
The organisational status of this university will be issued by the Minister of Education and Education in agreement with finance, home and information ministers.
The State Conservatory of Music in Prague is cancelled.
This Decision shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for Education and Education in agreement with the Ministers involved.
