Decree No. 126 / 2022 Coll.

In § 13 of Decree No. 13 / 2005 Coll., on Secondary Education and Education in the Conservatory, as amended by Decree No. 374 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 400 / 2009 Coll., paragraph 7 is added:

"(7) Where professional training is conducted in a number of at least 10 groups as referred to in Article 2 (6), the school director may designate 1 Deputy Director of the Vocational Training School or Head of the Vocational Training Teacher; where professional training is conducted in a number of at least 20 groups, it may designate up to 2 Deputy Head of the Vocational Training School or Head of the Vocational Training Teacher and, for each additional 20 groups, another Deputy Director of the Vocational Training School or Head of the Vocational Training Teacher. The number of groups according to the first sentence shall also include one half of all groups of pupils led by the instructor in accordance with paragraph 6, rounded down to the whole number. Where professional training is carried out in a number of 9 or less groups, the Deputy Director of the Training School or the Head of the Training Teacher may not be designated. ';

This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2022.
