ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 23 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No 194 of 12 March 2020 by which the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, issued emergency measures for the purposes of Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of the provisions of § 5 (c) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.

I. Notes
1. emergency measure of the Ministry of Health of 23 March 2020, MZDR No 12745 / 2020-1, which extended the restriction of the free movement of persons to exceptions and which was ordered to restrict movement in public places and to restrict contacts until 1 April 2020 until 6: 00;
2. emergency measure of the Ministry of Health of 23 March 2020, MZDR No 12745 / 2020-3, which extended the regulation of limited operation of public authorities and administrations until 6: 00 a.m. until 1 April 2020;
II. Recommended
1. employers
(a) make use of the highest possible distance work, if the staff member is able to carry it out at the place of residence;
(b) to encourage leave and paid leave for employees and similar instruments referred to in the collective agreement;
(c) limit the performance of works which are not relevant to the maintenance of the employer's activities;
2. use, for health reasons, preferably free payment;
3. persons providing services under point I (g) to restrict direct contact with customers;
4. to public service operators (e.g. shops, shopping centres, post offices), to the premises of their establishments and premises used for access to establishments:
(a) create conditions for compliance with separation between persons of at least 2 metres;
(b) ensure increased hygiene measures (in particular disinfection);
