DECLARATION
of 6 May 2011
amending Decree No 47 / 2005 Coll., on the termination of secondary school education by the final examination and on the termination of education in the Conservatory of discharge
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 91 (1) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act):
In § 7 of Decree No. 47 / 2005 Coll., on the termination of secondary school education by final examination and on the termination of the education in the Conservatory by discharge, paragraph 1, including footnote 5, reads:
"(1) The defence of graduate work, the theoretical examination of vocational subjects, the examination of a foreign language or the examination of an artistic-pedagogical preparation (5) shall take place at the dates set by the school director between 1 and 30 June; in the case of pupils also holding a graduation examination in the same year, from 1 June to 31 July.
5) Paragraph 90 (2) of the Education Act. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 2011.
