DECISION
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 5 April 2006
concerning the extension of the emergency condition
In accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, the Government decided as follows:
I.
The emergency state declared by the Government Decision of 2 April 2006, published under No. 121 / 2006 Coll., for the territory of the South Bohemian Region, the Central Bohemian Region, the Ústí Region, the Pardubice Region, the South Moravian Region, the Olomouc Region and the Zlín Region, is extended until 24.00 hours on 19 April 2006.
II.
This Decision shall take effect on 5 April 2006, at 12.00. It shall expire on 19 April 2006, at 24.00.
