GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 February 2004
amending Government Regulation No. 25 / 2003 Coll., laying down technical requirements for the efficiency of new hot water boilers burning liquid or gaseous fuels
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement Sections 11 (2), 11a (2) (c), 12 (1) and (3) and 13 (2) of the Act:
Government Regulation No. 25 / 2003 Coll., laying down technical requirements for the efficiency of new hot water boilers burning liquid or gaseous fuels, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 5, at the end of paragraph 1, the sentence "The last two digits of the year in which the product has been labelled shall be added to the CE marking."
2. Point 8 of Annex 2 reads as follows:
'8. Other relevant notified persons may receive copies of EC type-examination certificates and additions thereto; their annexes shall be kept available for other notified persons. ';
3. In the second sentence of point 2.1 of Annex 3, the words "or its authorised representative 'shall be inserted after the words" Manufacturer'.
4. In the second sentence of point 3.1 of Annex 3, the words "or its authorised representative 'shall be inserted after the words" Manufacturer'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union.
