On 19 May 1999, the Constitutional Court decided in plenary on a proposal by the Regional Office in Opava to abolish the generally binding order of the City of Kravara No 12 / 1997 of 2 October 1997 on the rearing and possession of animals in the territory of the City of Kravara
as follows:
General binding Order No 12 / 1997 of the City of Kravara of 2 October 1997 on the rearing and possession of animals on the territory of the City of Kravara except Article 7, first sentence, shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
