amending Act No. 102 / 1992 Coll., amending Act No. 509 / 1991 Coll., amending, supplementing and adapting the Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 227 / 1997 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In the Act of the Czech National Council No. 102 / 1992 Coll., which regulates certain issues related to the publication of Act No. 509 / 1991 Coll., amending, supplementing and adapting the Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 227 / 1997 Coll., Section 7 (3) is deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
