on the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1982
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
| (1) | Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu České socialistické republiky (dále jen „státní rozpočet republiky“) se stanoví částkou | 134 414 400 000 Kčs, | |
| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky se stanoví částkou | 134 414 400 000 Kčs | ||
| (příloha č. 1). | |||
| (2) | Ve státním rozpočtu republiky jsou obsaženy | ||
| a) | dotace ze státního rozpočtu federace do státního rozpočtu republiky ve výši | 67 453 600 000 Kčs, | |
| b) | finanční vztahy k rozpočtům národních výborů, a to: | ||
| neúčelové dotace ve výši | 20 738 800 000 Kčs, | ||
| účelové subvence ve výši | 18 575 000 000 Kčs | ||
| (příloha č. 2). | |||
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic or, on the basis of its authority, the Minister of Finance shall ensure the expression of the financial data of the state budget of the Republic set out in this Act at the prices applicable on 1 January 1982.
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, or under its authority the Minister of Finance, may, without prejudice to the balance of the state budget of the Republic, reflect in particular changes in the state plan for the development of the Czech Socialist Republic's national economy, organisational and price changes, changes in the context of adjustments to economic instruments in foreign trade and agriculture and the adjustment of non-purpose subsidies and special-purpose subsidies to national committees if the conditions under which non-purpose subsidies and special-purpose subsidies have been determined change.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1982.
