DECLARATION
Minister for Foreign Trade

on the designation of Exica, a public limited company for foreign trade, to conduct certain foreign transactions
The Minister for Foreign Trade provides in an agreement with the Minister for Finance pursuant to § 2 paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 and § 20 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the State Organisation of Foreign Trade and International Sailing:
Exico, a joint-stock company for foreign trade based in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "the company '), for which a State authorisation was granted, together with the approval of the Statutes, by a decision of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of 13 December 1967, issued in agreement with the Ministry of Consumer Industry, the Ministry of Internal Trade and the Ministry of Interior, is intended to conduct the foreign trade in goods referred to in Section 2.
(1) The company is reserved for the export and import of footwear, gloves, leather assembly, footwear and artificial materials, leather, leather, fur, hair, tubs and skins, except fur.
(2) The individual types of goods whose exports and imports are reserved for the company are specified in more detail by the Foreign Trade Minister, as appropriate, by a special measure.
(3) The company is entitled to carry out all business related activities.
The company's activities under this Decree are subject to the rules applicable to the conduct of foreign trade.
Exico, a foreign trade firm, *) is merged with the company on 1 January 1968 with its consent. Its assets and liabilities are transferred to a company which thus becomes its legal successor.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1968.
