Government Regulation
of 22 August 1950
repealing the Export Credit Insurance Fund.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 paragraph 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
§ 1.
The Export Credit Insurance Fund ("the Fund '), established by Act No. 121 / 1931 Coll., on the Promotion of Foreign Trade, and whose legal circumstances have been further regulated by Government Decree No. 158 / 1931 Coll., implementing Act No. 121 / 1931 Coll., is hereby repealed.
§ 2.
The fund will be liquidated by the Ministry of Foreign Trade in agreement with the Ministry of Finance. Measures to prepare the repeal of the Fund, taken before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be deemed to have been taken under this Regulation.
§ 3.
The capital balance of the Fund shall be transferred by the end of the liquidation of the Fund to the State.
§ 4.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by foreign trade and finance ministers.
