of 23 April 2019
amending Act No. 428 / 2012 Coll., on property settlement with churches and religious societies and amending certain laws (Act on property settlement with churches and religious societies) and Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on income taxes, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the law on property settlement with churches and religious societies
In Section 15 of Act No. 428 / 2012 Coll., on property settlement with churches and religious societies and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on property settlement with churches and religious societies), paragraph 6 is deleted.
Amendment of the Income Tax Act
In Section 18a of Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on Income Taxes, as amended by the statutory measure of the Senate No. 344 / 2013 Coll., in paragraph 1 (f), after the word "cases', the words" except for financial compensation 'are added.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2020.
