laying down the model of the charge report and the model of the charge return for the purpose of calculating the fee for the quantity of groundwater collected
The Ministry of the Environment, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, provides pursuant to § 88 paragraphs 5 and 10 of Act No. 254 / 2001 Coll., on Water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended by Act No. 20 / 2004 Coll.:
The fee notice for determining the amount of the advance payment for the quantity of groundwater collected and the charge return for calculating the compensation shall be made on a form conforming to the model in the Annex.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
