DECLARATION

determining the jurisdiction of the District Court for Prague 6 for criminal proceedings held pursuant to Articles 10, 13, 14 and 15 of the Convention on the transfer of sentenced persons to prison sentences in the State of which they are nationals and the obligation to pay the costs of such proceedings by Czechoslovak citizens
The Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic provides pursuant to § 33 (4) of Act No. 36 / 1964 Coll., on the organisation of courts and elections of judges, as published under § 19 / 1970 Coll. and § 152 (3):
The condemnation of Czechoslovak nationals transferred to the CSSR for the execution of the sentence under the Convention is required for proceedings before the Czechoslovak courts to pay the costs of proceedings under the general rules. 1)
This Decree shall take effect on 25 September 1980.
