DECLARATION

on the withdrawal of banknotes after 25 CZK models 1958 and 1961
Minister of Finance of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic declares pursuant to § 3 paragraph 2 of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) Banknotes of 25 CZK model 1958 (shape II - on the front page with the image of Jan Žižka from Trocno looking on the left and former state emblem of the Czechoslovak Republic *) and model 1961 (shape II - different from the model 1958 - shape II - only state emblem and year * *) cease to be legal money in the territory of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic until 31 December 1971.
(2) The banknotes referred to in paragraph 1 shall be exchanged between 1 January 1972 and 30 June 1972, including all postal offices, state savings banks and branches of the Czechoslovak State Bank, between 1 July 1972 and 31 December 1972, including only the Czechoslovak State Bank branch. Any exchange of such banknotes shall be excluded after 31 December 1972.
§ 2
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
