DECLARATION
Minister for Foreign Trade
of 8 December 1967
on the determination of the Centrotex, a joint stock company for foreign trade, to conduct certain foreign transactions
The Minister for Foreign Trade provides in an agreement with the Minister for Finance pursuant to § 2 paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 and § 20 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the State Organisation of Foreign Trade and International Sailing:
Centrotex, a joint-stock company for foreign trade based in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "the company '), for which a state authorisation was granted, together with the approval of the Statutes, by a decision of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of 30 November 1967, issued in agreement with the Ministry of Consumer Industry, the Ministry of Chemical Industry and the Ministry of Internal Trade, is intended to conduct the foreign trade in goods referred to in § 2.
(1) The company is reserved for the export and import of textile products, in particular textile fabrics and woven fabrics of man-made materials, knitted and crocheted products, household textiles and carpets, heavy and light assembly, headgear and other textile products, as well as raw materials for the textile industry (cotton, wool, bast fibres, synthetic fibres, animal hair and other textile raw materials and yarns).
(2) The individual types of goods whose exports and imports are reserved for the company are specified in more detail by the Foreign Trade Minister, as appropriate, by a special measure.
(3) The company is entitled to carry out all business related activities.
The company's activities under this Decree are subject to the rules applicable to the conduct of foreign trade.
Centrotex, a foreign trade firm, *) is merged with the company with its approval on 1 January 1968. Its assets and liabilities are transferred to a company which thus becomes its legal successor.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1968.
