determining the circumference and scope of the district mining offices
The President of the Central Mining Office, pursuant to § 3 (2) of Decree No. 20 / 1954 Coll., on the organisation of the State Mining Administration, as amended by the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly, provides:
Circuits of the District Mining Offices constitute
1. at the District Mining Office in Prague:
(a) the region of Central Bohemian without the counties of Kladno, Melnik and Rakovnice;
(b) the region of South Bohemia;
2. at the District Mining Office in Kladno:
the region of the Central Bohemian district of Kladno, Mělík and Rakovnice;
3. at the District Mining Office at the Stode:
the county of Západočeský bez Kreis Cheb, Karlovy Vary and Sokolov;
4. at the District Mining Office in Lokti:
from the region of West Bohemian counties Cheb, Karlovy Vary and Sokolov;
5. at Teplice District Mining Office:
the North Bohemian Region;
6. at the District Mining Office in Pardubice:
the region of Vychodočeské;
7. at the District Mining Office in Brno:
(a) South Moravian Region,
(b) from the North Moravian district of Bruntál, Olomouc, Přerov, Šumperk and Vsetín;
8. at the District Mining Office in Ostrava:
the county of North Moravian without the county of Bruntál, Olomouc, Přerov, Šumperk and Vsetín;
9. at the District Mining Office in Bratislava:
the county of Západoslovenský;
10. at the District Mining Office in Banska Bystrica:
the Region of Central Slovakia, with the exception of the jurisdiction of the Regional Mining Office in Prievidzi;
11. at the District Mining Office in Prievidz:
the region of Central Slovakian with the scope of the exercise of the State Mining Administration over the exploration, exploration and conquest of coal deposits, as well as over the treatment and refining of coal carried out in connection with conquest;
12. at the District Mining Office in Košice:
the county of Východoslovenský without the counties of Poprad, Rožňava and Spišská Nová Ves;
13. at the District Mining Office in Spišská Nové Vsi:
from the region of the Východoslovenský district of Poprad, Rožňava and Spišská Nová Ves.
The district mining authorities shall perform in their respective districts the State Mining Administration, unless it is reserved for the Central Mining Authority, with the exception that the performance of the State Mining Administration on the search, exploration and conquest of radioactive minerals as well as on the treatment and processing of radioactive minerals carried out in connection with the conquest belongs to the specific branches of the District Mining Offices.
Order No 272 / 1956 of the President of the Central Mining Office of the Ú. l setting out the circumference of the District Mining Offices is hereby repealed. In addition, Decree No 265 / 1957 of the Ú. l establishing a branch of the District Mining Office in Banská Bystrica, based in Priregiz, is repealed and its scope is defined.
This decree shall take effect from the date of its publication.
