of 17 December 1951
transferring competence in passport matters to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
Scope in passport matters is transferred from the Ministry of National Security to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1952; they shall be carried out by foreign ministers and national security.
