THE LAW
of 17 April 2024
amending Act No. 634 / 1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 24b (1) of Act No. 634 / 1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended by Act No. 36 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 378 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 183 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 238 / 2020 Coll., the words "pursuant to § 23 'are replaced by the words" pursuant to § 23, 23b, 23c or 23d.' and the words "committed infringement 'are replaced by the words" committed infringement'.
Transitional provision
Proceedings initiated by the consumer protection supervisory authorities before the date of entry into force of this Act shall be completed in accordance with Act No. 634 / 1992 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Act.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day following its publication.
