DECLARATION
of 2 July 2014
amending Decree No. 438 / 2006 Coll., adjusting the details of the performance of constitutional education and protective education in educational establishments, as amended by Decree No. 244 / 2011 Coll.
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides pursuant to § 41 (1) (a) of Act No. 109 / 2002 Coll., on the performance of constitutional education or protective education in educational establishments and on preventive educational care in educational establishments and amending other laws:
Decree No. 438 / 2006 Coll., adjusting the details of the performance of constitutional education and protective education in educational establishments, as amended by Decree No. 244 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 14 (2) to (13), the words "having territorial scope 'are replaced by the words" being designated'.
2. Paragraph 14 (6) reads as follows:
"(6) The Diagnostic Institute in Prague 4 - Michli is intended for the capital city of Prague and for the administrative districts of the municipalities with extended scope of Benešov, Beroun, Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Běslav, Černošice, Český Brod, Dobří, Hořovice, Kladno, Kolín, Kralupy nad Vltava, Kutná Hora, Lysá nad Labem, Mědá Běslav, Munich Hradiště, Neratovice, Nymburk, Podpobrady, Příbram, Rakovor, Říčany, Sedlčany, Sáný, Vlaší a Votice."
3. Paragraph 14 (7) is deleted.
Paragraphs 8 to 14 shall become paragraphs 7 to 13.
4. Paragraph 14 (13) reads:
"(13) The device for children-foreigners in Prague is intended for the whole Czech Republic."
5. In Article 15, the number "10 'is replaced by" 9' and the words "11 to 13 'are replaced by" 10 to 12'.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 15 July 2014.
