amending Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Memorial Care, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

1. In Paragraph 20, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) A case showing the characteristics of a cultural monument referred to in Paragraph 2 (1), which has been lent in the territory of the Czech Republic by a foreign State which has declared that the case is in its possession, shall not be subject to any enforcement or execution and may not be imposed on such a case; no decision or measure may be taken to prevent such a case from being referred back to that foreign State. ';
Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall be renumbered paragraphs 4 and 5.
2. In Article 45 (1), "Article 20 (4) 'is replaced by" Article 20 (5)';
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
