DECLARATION

repealing Decree No. 95 / 2006 Coll., establishing a list of wastes covered by the procedure under Section 55 (2) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll.
According to § 55 (6) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and amending certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 188 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 95 / 2006 Coll., establishing the list of wastes covered by the procedure under Paragraph 55 (2) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
