DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 1 December 1970
amending and supplementing No 156 / 1968 Coll., on veterinary examination of domestic slaughter of certain animals for slaughter, as amended by Decree No 170 / 1969 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Slovak Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Socialist Republic and other participating central authorities of the Slovak Socialist Republic, provides, pursuant to Article 15 (1) of Act No. 51 / 1959 Coll., on the Purchase of Agricultural Products, and Article 18 of Act No. 66 / 1961 Coll., on Veterinary Care:
Decree No. 156 / 1968 Coll., on veterinary examination of domestic slaughter of certain slaughter animals, as amended by Decree No. 170 / 1969 Coll., is amended as follows:
§ 3 of Decree No 156 / 1968 Coll. is added to the following paragraph 3:
"The owner of the pig slaughter shall, when reporting a change in the condition of the livestock due to slaughter, submit to the local national committee evidence of the veterinary examination carried out and the sale of the skin from the pig killed. '
Section 1 of Decree No. 170 / 1969 Coll., extending the validity of certain provisions of Decree No. 48 / 1963 Coll., on domestic slaughter of pigs, compulsory sale of lard and purchase of hides from such slaughter, is amended and read as follows:
"The provisions of § 8 (1), first sentence, paragraphs 2 to 6 and § 9 of Decree No 48 / 1963 Coll., on domestic slaughter of pigs, compulsory sale of lard and purchase of hides from such slaughter, as amended by Decree No 100 / 1965 Coll., on the abolition of compulsory sale of lard, and Decree No 156 / 1969 Coll., on veterinary examination of domestic slaughter of certain slaughter animals, shall be extended until 31 December 1972. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1971.
